Winny Kwong-Sito

Winny Kwong-Sito is a product designer with extensive experience in user experience design across multiple companies. Currently at Thrive Global since March 2023, Winny previously held the position of UX Designer II at Rapid7 from April 2021 to September 2022, where responsibilities included owning design processes for integration and cloud experiences and facilitating workshops with stakeholders. Prior experience also includes being the first in-house product designer at Hi Marley Inc, managing end-to-end design processes for a B2B web platform and mentoring junior designers. Winny's educational background includes two degrees from the University of Vermont: a Bachelor of Science in Human Development, Family Studies, and Related Services, and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, along with completing a UX Design Immersive program at General Assembly.
