Renee has a passion for ensuring that all residents receive the best possible care and are treated with respect and dignity. Renee is a strong advocate for continuous improvement and is always looking for ways to improve the quality of care delivered at Thrive Group.

Renee Guder has a Master of Arts in Leadership from the University of Guelph and a Registered Nursing Diploma from Mohawk College.
