Ashley Snape, CPHR, CEC, CMP has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources and People & Culture. Ashley is currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at Thrive Health since June 2022. Prior to this, they were the Head of People & Culture at DevFacto from January 2020 to June 2022. Ashley also held the role of Director of People & Transformation at SureHire Occupational Testing from July 2017 to January 2020. Before that, they served as the Human Resources Manager at YMCA of Northern Alberta from May 2016 to July 2017.
