Leah Thompson MCIM is a seasoned marketing communications professional with extensive experience in customer insight and engagement. Currently serving as Head of Customer Insight & Experience at Thrive Homes UK since July 2016, Leah has led the development of customer marketing strategies and persona profiling while managing comprehensive marketing communications campaigns. Previous roles include Senior Marketing Communications Manager and Marketing Communications Business Partner, where Leah successfully implemented Thrive's digital strategy and launched the customer portal, achieving significant customer registration growth.
