Nyrissa Filetti

Nyrissa Filetti currently serves as the Director at Thrive & Lead Consulting since January 2025, focusing on enhancing employee experience and optimizing HR practices for organizations. In addition to this role, Nyrissa has maintained a long-standing association as an Associate with The Bridge International, collaborating to provide comprehensive employee experience solutions.
