Justin West is the co-founder and CEO of Thrive Lot. Justin has a background in driving strategy and operations to optimize email campaigns, building feedback systems, and creating data-driven growth experiments. Justin also has experience in content creation, managing production of SEO content, and coaching writers. Prior to Thrive Lot, Justin was the founder of Contented.io, where they empowered content creators by creating businesses to serve their audiences, and they empowered businesses by creating digital assets to generate sales.

Justin West has a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Justin's fields of study include public relations, journalism, business administration, and Spanish. Justin also has a certification from Hunter Engineering in Hunter Engineering Equipment Sales Certification. In addition, they have a certification from HubSpot in Inbound Certification and a certification from edX in edX Verified Certificate for u.lab 0x: Leading Awareness-Based Systems Change - How to Sense and Actualize the Future.
