Laura Arce Aita

Laura Arce Aita has extensive experience in the skincare and cosmetics industry. Laura co-founded Laita Cosmetics in 2003 and served as the Research & Development Manager. In this role, they developed 50 natural-based cosmetics for hair and skin for Laita Cosmetics' commercial, professional, and spa brands. Laura also received recognition for their innovation in entrepreneurship. In 2013, Laura joined Thrive Natural Care as the Founding Director of Product R&D. Laura led the R&D direction and formula design for the company's healthy and high-performance skincare products. Laura was also responsible for adapting and adding unique Costa Rican extracts into the formulas.

Laura Arce Aita studied Food Engineering at the Universidad de Costa Rica (UCR). Laura also completed a course titled "Formulating Innovation Challenges" at the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV). No specific start and end years were provided for either of these educational experiences.
