Gloria T. Witt is a seasoned Global Executive Coach and the Founder & CEO of Define Success Coaching, established in January 2014, focusing on leadership and team transformation to align business and people strategies for enhanced profitability. Gloria serves as a Coach Affiliate at Thrive Partners and a facilitator for Linkage, Inc.'s Advancing Women Leaders Academy, equipping women with actionable strategies to overcome workplace barriers. With extensive experience as an executive coach at Transformation Edge Coaching & Consulting, as well as leadership roles at AREVA and Framatome ANP, Gloria has significantly contributed to talent management and development initiatives. Additionally, Gloria chairs the Fund Development Committee for Boys & Girls of Greater Lynchburg, fostering community investment in youth development. Gloria holds an MBA from Capella University and a BA in Communications from Randolph College.
