Director Of People Experience at Thrive Restaurant Group

Renee Chaloupka, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in the restaurant industry. Most recently, they served as the Director of People Experience at Thrive Restaurant Group since December 2019. Prior to that, Renee worked at FEAD. LLC Fun Eats and Drinks for six years as the Manager of Recruitment and Employee Relations. Their responsibilities in this role included recruiting for restaurant management and operations positions, addressing employee relations issues, and acting as a link between management and employees. From 2009 to 2013, they worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Last Call Operating Co I., Inc. Additionally, Renee has experience as a Restaurant Manager and Event Coordinator at Fox and Hound Pub and Grille from 2007 to 2009.

Renee Chaloupka, SHRM-CP, began their educational journey in 2011 at Butler Community College, where they pursued their Associate of Science degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Renee completed this program in 2013. In 2017, Renee furthered their education by enrolling at Butler Community College once again. This time, they focused on Human Resources Management and completed the program in 2018, earning their certification as a SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management - Certified Professional).
