Nate Marsh

Nate Marsh is an accomplished professional in the fields of business intelligence and operations management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Business Intelligence at Thrive Scholars since March 2018. With extensive experience in managing complex data systems, including Salesforce for a significant user base, Nate collaborates with various teams to leverage data for strategic insights. Previously, Nate held multiple roles at Citizen Schools, including Managing Director of Operations and Business Intelligence, where responsibilities encompassed leading national teams and overseeing data analytics for fundraising and technology initiatives. Other positions held include IT Specialist at Philanthropy Massachusetts and Owner of Marsh Consulting, along with early career contributions at Community Servings and The Gordion Project. Nate holds an MBA in Nonprofit Management from the Questrom School of Business, Boston University, and a BA in Anthropology and Philosophy from Oberlin College.
