Nicole Wainwright, MPH, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership development, operations, and program management. Currently serving as Managing Director of Talent & Operations at Thrive Scholars since April 2024, Wainwright previously held the position of Senior Consultant for Leadership Development Adoption and Strategy at Allstate, where significant contributions included leading the Allstate Leadership Conference and driving product adoption strategies. As Chief Operations Officer at Safe Place for Youth, Wainwright played a critical role in the organization's executive leadership and operational systems. Previous positions also include Program Manager at St. Joseph Center and various roles focused on data analysis and program development. Wainwright holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health from UCLA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Italian from UC Santa Barbara.
