Guillermo Creamer Jr. currently serves as the Director of Residential Services at Thrive Support and Advocacy since April 2024 and as the Interim Executive Director at Pay Our Interns since October 2023. Previously appointed as a Human Rights Commissioner by the City Manager of Worcester in January 2021, Guillermo holds a notable background in leadership roles including Special Projects Manager and Deputy Director of Partnerships and Programs at Blue Haven Initiative and Foundation for Civic Leadership, respectively, from June 2020 to May 2023. Guillermo co-founded Pay Our Interns in 2016, achieving significant legislative success with a $5,000,000 Senate Internship Fund. Earlier experience includes temporary work with FEMA in disaster relief and various roles at American University, including Class President and Research Assistant. Guillermo holds a degree in International Relations from American University and is an alumnus of Bancroft School.
