Nathan VanDeman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in urban design, landscape architecture, and real estate development. As the Founder and Principal of Thrive Urban and Principal Owner of VanDeman Ventures, Nathan specializes in opportunistic investments in residential development, boutique hospitality, and short-term rentals, achieving a notable 27% average IRR. Formerly, Nathan served as VP of Housing Development at Habitat for Humanity of Broward, overseeing real estate acquisitions and community developments. With a strong background in project management and consulting, Nathan has led various high-profile projects, including the Gates Hotel Sunset Green and Orange Theory Corporate HQ, and has held leadership positions at TBG Partners and RESOLVE. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from Purdue University.
