Craig Borbely is the VP of Community Management at Thrive Companies. Craig has over fifteen years of experience in sales and operations management.

Craig started their career at Integrated Service Management, LLC in 2003, where they eventually became the National Operations Manager. Craig was responsible for leading a team of 530 employees and 16,000 contractors nationwide. Craig successfully transitioned the company from a labor-intensive operation to an automated technology organization, reducing overhead costs by $1.6 million.

In 2007, they increased sales by 326% from $7.5 million to $32 million. Craig closed deals with Commercial Real Estate entities such as Federal Realty Investment Trust and RK Centers, as well as retail clients such as Home Depot, Sears Holding Co, PetSmart, Regis Corporation and Cricket Wireless. Craig also served as the primary source for strategy, guidance, recommendations and solutions in the development of ISM’s proprietary, cloud-based work order and procurement management system.

In 2019, they became the Sales and Operations Manager at Professional Placement Services. Craig increased sales in the past eight months by utilizing a consultative sales approach targeting new industries and utilizing their personal and professional network. Craig also created and implemented new business processes that have improved KPI metrics and increased efficiency.

Craig Borbely has a Bachelor of Business Administration from DeVry University and is currently pursuing a degree in Business Management from Kent State University.
