Brian Gibbs

Brian Gibbs has a diverse work experience in the field of cybersecurity and IT. Brian currently serves as a Cybersecurity Advisor at World Wide Technology and is a member of the Digital Directors Network. Brian is also a Lead Cybersecurity Instructor at ThriveDX and a participant in the NACD Accelerate Program at NACD. Previously, Brian worked as a Chief Information Security Officer at Triden Group, a Teaching Assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Sr. Hybrid IT Solutions Architect at Softchoice. Brian also held positions as Director of IT Operations at American Specialty Health, IT Infrastructure & Security Manager at Sequenom, and Cloud Security Engineer/IT Manager at LANSolutions LLC.

Brian Gibbs received a Master of Science degree in Cybersecurity from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2022. Prior to that, they earned an MBA in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University (2007-2009), a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Systems from Indiana Wesleyan University (2005-2007), and an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from Gainesville State College (2000-2003).
