Chris Nicolaou

Chris Nicolaou, CCISO has extensive work experience in the field of information security and technology. Chris is currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at Cloudspace USA, where they focus on cloud architecture and security services. Prior to this, they worked at Quantum Materials Corp as the CISO & CIO, overseeing all aspects of cyber and physical security as well as information technology. Additionally, Chris has worked as a Lead Cybersecurity Instructor at ThriveDX and as the Vice President of Business Development at Acuutech. Chris also has experience as an IT Strategy Advisor at Occidental Petroleum Company and as the CIO & CISO at Land Lineage, Inc. Furthermore, Chris previously founded and served as the CEO of Texas Data Network Services, a managed services provider, where they successfully expanded the company's reach and revenue. Chris started their career as a United States Air Force Technical Sergeant in the Texas Air National Guard, working on avionics, navigation systems, and weapons systems. Overall, Chris has a diverse range of experience in various leadership positions, with a strong focus on information security and technology.

Chris Nicolaou, CCISO, completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston in 1993. In 2021, they pursued the C|CISO program at EC-Council University. Additionally, in 2017, they participated in the Leading Organizations and Change program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
