George Hart-Hidalgo

George Hart-Hidalgo, Ed.D., currently serves as the Associate Director of Instructor Development at ThriveDX, leading a team responsible for the training and development of over 1000 instructors in various technical bootcamps. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Principal at Gulliver Preparatory, where George demonstrated a commitment to ethical leadership and data-driven curriculum design, and as Executive Director of Exploration Academy, which provided academic enrichment to underserved students. George also held positions at Miami Northwestern Senior High School as Dean of Students and AP World History Teacher, garnering recognition for contributions to student outcomes. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Learning in Organizations from Vanderbilt University, a Master’s degree in Secondary Education and Social Change from the University of Miami, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Philosophy, and History from Boston College.
