Richard Kasperowski

Richard Kasperowski has over 30 years of experience in software development and team building. Richard began their career in 1988 working as a software development leader and engineer for various technology organizations, ranging from small start-ups to huge multinationals. In 2013, they established their own company, Richard Kasperowski | With Great People, where they work as a Certified Agile Team Building™ | High-Performance Teams™ | Scrum | Agile Technical & PO Skills. In 2015, they began working as an instructor at Harvard University, where they created and teaches the course CSCI E-71/S-71 Agile Software Development. In 2021, they became an angel investor for TBD Angels, focusing on health-related start-ups and underrepresented founders. Currently, they are the Chief Technology Officer at Thrivelution, an AI-powered mental health tool for businesses.

Richard Kasperowski graduated cum laude with an ALB in Computer Science from Harvard University.
