Carla Worthey-Sewell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human capital consulting and executive coaching, currently serving as a Sr. Human Capital Consultant and C-Suite Advisor at Thrivence Consulting since June 2025. With a strong background in talent management from notable roles at Amazon, including Head of Talent Management for Worldwide Amazon Stores Tech and International Consumer, Carla has also contributed to executive development at HCA and Teva Pharmaceuticals. In addition to consulting, Carla serves as Executive Education Faculty at Belmont University, specializing in business coaching. Holding an MBA from Belmont University and a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Benedictine University, Carla translates organizational strategy into effective people outcomes through the design of resilient talent systems and leadership capabilities.
