Manager, Client Success - New York & Financial Services at Thrive

Brenda Marrero has a diverse work experience that includes roles in client success, operations, business development, co-founding a company, and sales and business development management. Brenda is currently working as a Team Lead in Client Success at Thrive and previously held positions as an Enterprise Client Success Manager at the same company. Before that, they worked as a Director of Operations at The Harbor Institute™. Brenda has also worked as a Business Development Specialist at Apex IT Group and as a Co-Founder at Evolutions IoT. Their earlier roles include Sales and Business Development Manager and National Territory Manager for Multifamily Business Development at Powers IoT - Smart Home Gurus, as well as Lead Inside Sales Agent and Dispatch Coordinator.

Brenda Marrero attended Suffolk County Community College from 1997 to 1998, where they pursued a field of study in chemical dependency counseling. In addition, they obtained a Notary Public certification from the state of New York in June 2016 and is currently in the process of obtaining a certification in Preventing Discrimination & Harassment from Traliant, with an expected completion in 2022.
