Domenic Ferrante has extensive experience in the legal field, working in various roles over the years. Domenic currently serves as the VP, Associate General Counsel at Thrive, where they utilize their knowledge of corporate law to drive business outcomes. Prior to that, they were a Senior Corporate Attorney at the same company. Domenic also has experience as a Legal Affairs and Contracts Advisor at Peelustrate and as a self-employed Legal Affairs Consultant and Advisor. Domenic has worked with companies like FLIR Systems, LaunchSource, Dun & Bradstreet NetProspex, and Agero, Inc., where they focused on commercial contract negotiation, legal operations, and intellectual property rights. Domenic also served as an Associate Professor of Business Law at MCPHS and gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk at Donovan Hatem LLP and Agero, Inc. Domenic started their legal career as a Summer Associate/Legal Intern at Citrix Systems, where they supported the legal team with litigation, contractual, and compliance matters.
