Jessica Golden

Jessica Golden has extensive experience in the IT industry, with their most recent position being a Senior Project Delivery Lead at Thrive. In this role, they manage the implementation of complex IT service projects for SLED and new clients, overseeing a portfolio of 40+ clients. Jessica successfully deploys a range of services including end-user support, managed SIEM/SOC, hosted cloud, data migrations, network installations, and Microsoft 365 services. Jessica also provides consulting and scoping services to help clients solve their day-to-day business challenges.

Prior to joining Thrive, Jessica worked as a Project Manager at DSM Technology, focusing on service implementations for the State and Local Government and Education industry in Florida. Jessica was responsible for managing various services including private CJIS secure cloud, security, end-user support, network and server management, and other professional services.

Jessica's earlier experience includes a role as the Information Services Director at the Office of the State Attorney, 20th Judicial Circuit Florida. In this position, they oversaw the IT and software development divisions, managing budgets, operations, inventory, projects, and solutions implementation. Jessica played a pivotal role in integrating case and data management systems for seamless, paperless prosecution, collaborating with numerous law enforcement agencies, Clerks and Courts offices, and defense attorneys.

Jessica Golden attended Florida Gulf Coast University but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained their Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in 2022, their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2022, and their Certified Public Manager certification from the Florida Center for Public Management and Florida State University in 2016.
