Nathan Bailey

Nathan Bailey has over 20 years of experience in business operations and technology management. Currently serving as VP of Business Operations and Managing Partner at Thrive since March 2022, Nathan oversees the integration of NextGen managed services following SouthTech's acquisition. Previously, Nathan held the role of COO/CEO at SouthTech Solutions Inc. for nearly 15 years, where a holistic approach to IT management was prioritized. Additional experience includes a position as Senior Consultant at Alliance Solutions Group, providing consulting services for the construction industry, and a former role as Shareholder at Kerkering, Barberio & Co., P.A., where Nathan significantly expanded the Construction Software Division. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business/Management from Bethel College-North Newton, earned in 1999.
