Cindy Heindel

Cindy Heindel has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles in human resources. Cindy started their career at Menasha Corporation in 1996 as a Senior Human Resources Manager. In 2004, they joined Integrity Insurance and held positions such as Director, AVP, VP, and eventually became the VP of Human Resources & Administration in 2011. Cindy was responsible for developing and executing human resources strategies and practices, as well as leading administrative functions. In 2016, Cindy joined Thrivent Financial as a Benefits Director.

Cindy Heindel earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources & Marketing from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 1996. Cindy then went on to complete a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the same university in 2003.
