Dan Youngblood

Dan Youngblood has extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Dan currently holds the position of Head of Enterprise Data Enablement & Governance at Thrivent since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Voya Financial as the Head of Enterprise Data - Business Requirements, Modeling, and Governance from 2020 to 2022. Dan also served as the VP - Finance Data & Technology at Voya Investment Management from 2016 to 2020 and as the Director - Financial Risk Applications at Voya Financial from 2014 to 2016. Before joining Voya Financial, they held positions at ING, including Director - Financial Risk Applications from 2011 to 2014 and Independent Consultant - Program Manager from 2009 to 2011. Dan has also been involved in entrepreneurship as the Owner / Entrepreneur of an upscale retail consumer services business, which they successfully grew and managed from 2008 to 2011. Their earlier experience includes working as the Director - Corporate Applications at ING from 2001 to 2007.

Dan Youngblood has a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Virginia Tech. Dan also holds additional certifications in Private Aircraft Pilot from the Federal Aviation Administration, CFA Institute Investment Foundations from the CFA Institute, and Certified Information Security Manager from ISACA.
