Dena Sands

Dena Sands is an experienced leader with a passion for driving value through change during large-scale transformations. They have held various roles, including Director of Product Portfolio Management at Thrivent, where they empowered product teams and evolved operational models. Dena has also served as a Strategy Consultant, facilitating division strategy and leading automation initiatives, and held multiple positions at Schneider National, contributing to significant cost savings and operational improvements. With an MBA from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and a Bachelor's in Operational/Materials Management and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, Dena is dedicated to fostering success across teams and advocating for women's leadership.
