Ludy Cuello has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ludy'smost recent position was as the VP Strategic Execution & Integration at Thrivent since 2023. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at AIG, including VP and Head of Life Inforce Administration and Claims, where they oversaw 6.5 million policies and 85,000 claims paid per year, and implemented new claim systems and customer-centric procedures. Ludy also worked at Accenture as a Life & Annuity Technology Sr. Manager and Operations Mobilization Senior Manager, and at DXC Technology as an Insurance Sales Solutions Principal, Business Process Services Director, and Business Process Outsourcing Director. Additionally, they have experience at AIG as an Alico-MetLife LATAM & Caribbean Integration Manager, Operations & IT Manager for Argentina & Uruguay, and Strategic Planning and Special Projects Manager for Latin America & Caribbean. Ludy started their career at Dell as a Process Engineering Consultant and Operations Supervisor, and at FertiNitro (Koch, PDVSA) as a Process Engineer.

Ludy Cuello obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Texas McCombs School of Business between 2001 and 2003. Prior to that, from 1993 to 1998, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering at the Universidad Simón Bolívar.
