Will Nimely is a seasoned professional in product transformation and agile methodologies, currently serving as a Senior Product Transformation Coach at Thrivent. With prior experience as an Agile Coach - Senior Consultant at Slalom and roles as a Consultant/Scrum Master at Cargill, Scrum Master at Refinitiv, and Scrum Master at Thomson Reuters, Will Nimely has developed a strong expertise in coaching and facilitation within agile environments. Will Nimely holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religion/Religious Studies from North Central University and an advanced degree from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business, where studies concluded in May 2022. Will Nimely is also a Certified Scrum Professional - Scrum Master (CSP-SM) and a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB).
