Aziz Khetani

Aziz Khetani currently serves as the Director of Learning and Development at Thriveworks, leading a team of 38 and spearheading new learning strategies to enhance operational efficiency. With extensive experience in academia, Aziz has been an adjunct faculty instructor at Colorado Technical University since 2005 and has held several managerial roles focused on faculty development and instructional quality assurance. Previous positions include Manager of Learning Operations at Frontdoor, Inc., and Manager of Talent Operations at Altisource, where Aziz implemented successful training initiatives and continuous improvement processes. Aziz holds an MBA in Finance from Colorado Technical University, a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Roosevelt University, and an Associate's Degree in Management from the College of DuPage.
