Stephanie Haywood

Stephanie Haywood, LCPC, serves as an Executive Consultant and Facilitator at A. Kline Development, LLC since April 2022, focusing on organizational development, coaching, and leadership enhancement. Concurrently, Stephanie provides counseling and consulting services at Thriveworks, beginning in March 2022. Previous experience includes managing Employee Assistance Program accounts as an Executive Account Manager at Perspectives Ltd from October 2010 to April 2022 and auditing mental health service providers as a contractor at Anchor Staffing, Inc. from April 2008 to October 2010. Stephanie's career started at VMC Behavioral Healthcare Services as an Account Manager from May 1995 to April 2008, where training in various workplace topics was also conducted. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Marquette University. Certifications include DiSC, 12 Driving Forces, and Emotional Intelligence.
