Tiffany Marro

Tiffany Marro serves as the Lead Clinician at Thriveworks since February 2022, specializing in individual and couples outpatient counseling. Prior to this role, Tiffany held positions at Comprehensive Community Action Program as an IBH Clinician and Family Service Care Coordinator from December 2019 to June 2022. Experience also includes serving as an Applied Behavioral Analyst at The Autism Center at New England Behavioral Services, Inc. from October 2017 to December 2019, a Behavioral Interventionist at Connecticut Behavioral Health from April 2015 to December 2019, and a Mental Health Worker at BOYS AND GIRLS VILLAGES FOUNDATION for a short tenure in 2017. Earlier experience includes roles as an Assistant Secretary at the University of New Haven Criminal Justice Department and an intern at Yale Parenting Center. Tiffany holds a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Eastern Nazarene College (2018-2021) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of New Haven (2012-2016).
