Adam Cossman

Adam Cossman is an accomplished advisor, consultant, investor, and board member with a background as a serial entrepreneur and a 23-year veteran in marketing and communications, particularly in healthcare. They founded Sentient in 2008, leading it to significant growth and eventual acquisition by W2O Group in 2016, where they served as Chief Digital Officer and Group President. Adam was integral in the rebranding and corporate strategy at W2O, which became Real Chemistry, innovating in health technology and leading various strategic acquisitions from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Adam holds advisory and board positions at several organizations, including Throtle and Jumo Health, while continuing to share their extensive knowledge within the investment community. Adam earned a BBA in Computer Applications and Entrepreneurship from Sierra Nevada University.
