Kelly Willis has over 25 years of professional experience. Kelly began their career in 1994 with the US Navy, where they were a Veteran with an Honorable Discharge. In 2003, they joined Telvista as a Technical Support Agent. In 2006, they moved to Hyphen Solutions as a Software Support Specialist and Customer Service. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Thru as the Sr. Manager of Customer Success.

Kelly Willis obtained their High School Diploma from L. D. Bell in 1993. Kelly then attended The University of Texas at Arlington from 1998 to 2003, where they earned a B.A. in Political Science with a Minor in Business Admin. In 2005, Kelly completed a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE): Specialization: Security from TechSkills-Dallas. Kelly also obtained certifications from CompTIA in 2005 (A+ and Network+) and 2009 (Security+). In 2020, Kelly became a Thru Certified Instructor.
