Tom Lydon has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Tom started their career as a Chef at Best of Everything Catering in 1993, where they honed their culinary skills. In 1995, they transitioned to ARAMARK Healthcare as a Food Service Manager. In 1997, they joined Radiant Systems as a Project Manager and Trainer, where they coordinated and implemented POS solutions for restaurants, as well as trained customers and new techs on Point of Sale systems. After Radiant Systems, they joined Firefly Technologies in 2003 as a Customer Support Manager, responsible for building and managing the Support team. Tom worked there until 2011. In 2010, they started working at Granbury Solutions as a Customer Support Manager, overseeing their support teams and integration of acquired businesses. Tom later became the Director of Client Services, responsible for budgeting, staffing, and ensuring quality service standards. Tom Lydon's work experience reflects their expertise in customer support management, project coordination, training, and leadership.
Tom Lydon attended Warner Pacific University from 1996 to 1997, where they pursued Business Administration. Prior to that, they attended New England Culinary Institute in 1982 and 1983, focusing on Restaurant Management.
