Karthik Amirthalingam

Karthik Amirthalingam has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Karthik is currently the Director - HR Shared Services Center at Thryve Digital Health LLP, a role they have held since October 2023. Before this, they served as the Lead - Human Resources Shared Services Center at the same company from October 2020 to September 2023. Karthik also worked as a Learning and Development Partner at Thryve Digital Health from September 2021 to November 2022 and as a Learning and Development Lead from June 2017 to August 2021. In 1999 to 2002, they pursued a DHM&CT degree in Hotel Management & Catering Technology from Asan Memorial Institute Of Hotel Management & Catering Technology. Karthik also holds additional certifications including "Be the Manager People Won't Leave" from LinkedIn in 2022, "Certified HR Business Partner Ready" from Aon HR Learning Center in 2021, and "Certified Behavioral Assessment (Interviewing) Expert" from Aon HR Learning Center in 2020.
