Samir Wadke

Mr. Wadke has led the strategic operations of the Company since its founding in 2010 and has over 20 years of cross-functional business experience. He previously consulted for early-stage lifesciences companies on corporate planning and project management. He worked in Business Development for VGX Pharmaceuticals (now Inovio Pharmaceuticals – NYSEMKT: INO), where he played a significant role in both its integration of ADViSYS and merger with Inovio, and participated in negotiations that resulted in several license agreements and other sources of funding. He previously held roles in finance, marketing, and strategy at JP Morgan, MB Financial, and UBS. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and a B.S.E. from the University of Michigan.
