Hilary Hartley

Hilary Hartley currently serves as President of Thule Group for the Americas since April 2021. Prior to this role, Hilary held the position of President at Victorinox from March 2017 to April 2021. Hilary's extensive experience in the industry includes serving as Vice President at Oakley from March 2006 to March 2017, overseeing the North American Optical Business Unit with full P&L accountability, and as Managing Director, managing all distribution channels and product categories encompassing sales, marketing, finance, and operations. Additionally, Hilary was the Sales Director responsible for Canadian sales across all product categories and spent ten years at Rossignol Ski Co as Product, Sales, and Marketing Manager. Hilary earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, General & Marketing from the University of Southern Maine between 1988 and 1991.
