Pradeep Vasudevan Panicker has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Starting with their most recent role, Pradeep worked at Thule Group as the Vice President & CFO - Americas. In this position, they were responsible for overseeing finance, strategic planning, KPI management, business development, mergers, acquisitions & divestments, taxes, compliance, and audit for the Americas Region. Pradeep also served as a strategic advisor to the President of Region Americas and headed the 401K Investment Committee for the US.

Pradeep also holds the position of Investor & Advisor at TARFORM - Mobility of Tomorrow, a start-up electric motorcycle company. Pradeep contributes to the company's commitment to sustainability and the use of high-performance biomaterials.

Prior to that, Pradeep worked at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. as the Global Operations Controller & Director. Pradeep managed the finance and controllership functions for the Operations group of the Stanley Engineered Fastening Business Unit, overseeing balance sheets, operational performance, and KPIs of multiple plants and distribution centers worldwide.

At Philips, Pradeep held various roles including Director of Finance & Business Controller - Americas, CFO & Director - Indian Subcontinent, Global Business Unit Controller, and Controller. Pradeep managed financial operations, strategy development, policy development, taxes, audit, and staff across different regions and departments.

Before joining Philips, Pradeep worked at BOC UK & Ireland as a Financial Analyst, responsible for financial planning & analysis for the Distribution & Logistics department. Pradeep prepared reports on distribution performance and assisted in monitoring profitability and distribution costs.

Pradeep also gained experience as a Financial Analyst - M&A at Chemoil Corporation and a Business Intelligence Consultant at Nestle Philippines, Inc. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Project Engineer at the Center for Management Development.

Throughout their career, Pradeep has demonstrated a strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership skills in managing finance and operations in diverse organizations and industries.

Pradeep Vasudevan Panicker holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kerala. Pradeep further pursued their education and obtained an MBA in Finance & Strategy from the Asian Institute of Management. Additionally, Pradeep completed their Master of Science degree with a focus on Business from Columbia University.
