Monica Burgos

Monica Burgos has extensive experience in customer support and operations, currently serving as the Head of Customer Support at Thumbtack since August 2020, where previous roles included Support Operations - Sr. Manager and Service and Support (Spanish) - Manager II. Prior to Thumbtack, Monica held the position of Customer Service Operations Manager at Horace Mann from October 2017 to August 2020. Earlier career experience includes a role as Field Liability Investigator at GEICO from May 2001 to August 2007, and service as an Automated Logistical Specialist in both the Army National Guard and the US Army from 1996 to 2003.
