Katie Matthews

Katie Matthews, MSW RSW, is a Mental Health Leader with experience in providing counselling and clinical services to adolescents, families, and school staff. Katie has a Master of Social Work degree from Lakehead University and a Bachelor of Social Work degree from the same institution. Katie has also worked as a Social Worker at Children's Centre Thunder Bay and as a Research Staff at the Centre for Education and Research on Positive Youth Development. Additionally, Katie has served as a Graduate Research And Teaching Assistant at Lakehead University and has experience as an Assertive Continuing Care Counsellor and Addictions Counsellor at Dave Smith Youth Treatment Centre. Katie also worked as a Withdrawal Management Counsellor at Montfort Renaissance.
