Kathy Hickman

Kathy Hickman has extensive experience in marketing and operations within the casino and resort industry, currently serving as the Retired Senior Vice President of Marketing at Thunder Valley Casino Resort since February 2020. Kathy has held various senior marketing roles at Thunder Valley Resort Casino since June 2012 and previously was the Corporate Marketing Director at Caesars Entertainment Corporation from January 1994 to June 2012, overseeing marketing under prominent brand names such as Harrah's®, Caesars®, and Horseshoe®. Additional experience includes serving as Promotions Director Brand Marketing and Director of Marketing at several Harrah's locations. Kathy's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Phoenix.
