Asha Daniere

Asha Daniere currently serves as a Strategic Advisor at Asha Daniere Professional Corp., a consulting company, since March 2020. Her background includes her serving as Executive Vice President of Legal and Business Affairs at Blue Ant Media, Inc. and working as the Senior Vice-President and General Counsel at Score Media, Inc. (formerly TSX: SCR), and working as General Counsel at FUN Technologies, Inc. (formerly TSX: FUN), an online gaming company.

Asha also currently serves on the board of directors of several public and private companies, including WonderFi Technologies, Inc. (OTCMKTS: WONDF), and SRX Health Solutions. She was previously on the board of Proactive Group Holdings Inc., a financial media portal that provides news, commentary, and analysis of listed companies, and Riv Capital Inc. (CSE:RIV), a venture capital company, and in both cases she also served as the Chair of the Board of Directors. Asha holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Toronto and a J.D. from Tulane University Law School.
