Lisa Coulman is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in audit, consulting, and board governance. Currently serving as a Board Member and Chair of the Audit Committee at Thunderbird Entertainment since March 2023, Lisa has a track record of leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer at nobul and Chair of the Audit Committees for multiple organizations such as Daisy Intelligence Corporation and the Canadian Cancer Society. With over a decade at PwC, culminating in the role of Audit Partner, Lisa has demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, risk management, and strategic business planning. Lisa holds a BA in Honours Chartered Accountancy Studies from the University of Waterloo and is a CPA, CA, and CPA (Illinois).
