Sophal Ear

Sophal Ear is the current Senior Associate Dean of Student Success & Associate Professor at Thunderbird. Sophal has also previously worked with Refugees International and Collective Education, Inc. among other companies. Sophal is dedicated to their work in ensuring academic and personal growth outcomes for students, their parents and rewarding career opportunities for educators.

Sophal Ear works with Adam Henry - Executive Director, Enrollment & Student Success, Patrick Mcdermott - Chief Engagement Officer, and Bronwyn Beabeau - Chief Operating Officer. Sophal Ear reports to Sanjeev Khagram, Dean & Director General.
