Andrés Clúa has over 14 years of professional experience in various roles within the technology industry. Andrés is currently the Director of Technology at Terra, where they play a crucial role in project scoping and ensures optimal results for projects. Andrés leads multiple teams of backend and frontend developers and utilizes various technologies to deliver high-quality projects for renowned brands. Andrés is also involved in the HR process of selecting individuals for the development team.

Prior to their current role, Andrés worked as an Independent Developer, managing their own website and projects. Andrés has also held positions as a Senior Full Stack Designer at Squalus Technologies, Frontend Developer and UX/UI Designer at proXPN and M3 Healthcare Technologies, and Frontend Developer at AnchorID and The Electric Factory.
