Nicole Kimani

Nicole Kimani is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist at Thunes since November 2021. With a strong commitment to empowering emerging African professionals, Nicole co-founded Career Kickstart KE in September 2020. Previous experience includes roles as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner and Analyst at African Leadership Group, where significant contributions were made to developing leadership talent. Nicole's foundational knowledge in HR was further developed through various internships, including at McKinsey & Company and the National Bank of Kenya, and supported by a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from Strathmore University and certification as a Human Resource Professional from the College of Human Resource Management.
