Murray Shaw

Murray Shaw is an experienced professional in the marketing and coal trading sectors, currently serving as the Head of Domestic Markets at Thungela since May 2021, and previously held the position of Head of ISOP and Domestic Marketing. Prior to this role, Murray served as the Marketing Manager for South Africa at Anglo American from July 2011 to July 2021. Earlier in their career, Murray was the Director of the Swiss branch of Exxaro International Coal Trading from January 2008 to July 2011. Murray holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Leadership from the University of South Africa and a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand.
