Ravi Paima

Ravi Paima is a seasoned professional currently serving as the People Systems Manager at Thungela since March 2024. With extensive experience dating back to January 2003, Ravi has worked as a Lighting Designer at Bass Mechanics, creating impactful lighting designs for events. Prior to Thungela, Ravi held the role of Business Systems Analyst at Clicks Group, where responsibilities included maintaining human capital systems and enhancing SAP HCM capabilities. Ravi's earlier positions include serving as an SAP HCM Consultant and Account Manager at Adapt IT Holdings, a Management Accountant at Novall Investments, and a Trainee Accountant at SAB&T Chartered Accountants. Ravi's career began with an educational foundation in Accounting, culminating in a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) Honours from the University of Johannesburg in 2008.
