Tricia Thandi M.

Tricia Thandi M. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of training, development, and human resources. Currently serving as a Training Officer at Thungela since March 2022, Tricia has also played a vital role as an HRD Co-ordinator at Anglo American Platinum since September 2006, where responsibilities include managing electrical and M C & I departments, authorizing orders, and conducting staff evaluations. Prior to these roles, Tricia was a Training and Development Officer at Colliery Training College from March 2019 to February 2022 and worked as an Electrician at Anglo Coal from January 1997 to August 2006, focusing on maintenance and installations. Tricia has pursued higher education at MANCOSA, earning a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management and is currently furthering studies in 2023. Additional qualifications include an OD ETDP Diploma from the University of Johannesburg.
