Rebecca Harvey is an accomplished professional in environmental sustainability and climate mitigation, currently serving as the Climate Mitigation Senior Program Manager at Thurston County Government since October 2022. Previously, Rebecca held multiple roles at the City of Boynton Beach Official, including Sustainability and Resilience Administrator and Sustainability Coordinator from July 2017 to October 2022. Prior experience includes working as the Environmental Education and Human Dimensions Coordinator at the University of Florida from September 2007 to July 2017, as well as a Research Associate at Mississippi State University in 2006-2007. Rebecca's career began as a Program Manager at Madison Environmental Group, LLC from 1999 to 2006. Rebecca holds two Master of Science degrees in Land Resources and Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, along with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from UC San Diego.
